What is bottletop?
Bottletop is one of the most forward thinking and exciting charities in the UK. Since its birth in 2002, Bottletop1s dynamic approach to charity has generated funds in excess of £250,000 for grass roots health education projects and the support of leading recording artists and political figureheads from around the world ranging from Justin Timberlake and Dido to Kofi Annan and Bill Clinton.

Sound Affects: Brazil
Bottletop is about to launch the new campaign 'Sound Affects: Brazil' which aims at generating funds for people in on the favelas of Salvador, an area where currently 2 million children receive no education and 77% of the population live below the poverty line.
The Album
The double album is packed full of tracks by true Brazilian legends as well as remixes by internationally renowned DJs and producers such as Fatboy Slim, Bonobo, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Adam Freeland and Jazzanova. It has been made with love and good will and amazingly, no artist or remixer has been paid for their input.
The Fenchurch Bottletop Bag
This bag is made entirely from ring-pulls and is manufactured in Brazil by a female based cooperative. Already tipped as next spring's must have, its stylish over the shoulder design and 'chain-mail' look has attracted widespread attention.
The bags are now on sale at our Flagship store in London's Covent Garden.
The Fenchurch Bottletop Tee
All proceeds of the Fenchurch Bottletop Bag and T-shirt got to Bottletop. The benefits to the community are two-fold: as well as the funds generated as a direct sale of the bags, there is also the benefit of developing the local industry and economy by providing a market for these bags

Sound Affects: Africa
The original material on disc 1 comes primarily from Ghana and Nigeria. Afrobeat, which came to the fore in the late sixties, with artists like the great Fela Anikulapo Kuti, is an African sound fusing swing, jazz, funk, rock and soaring vocals with traditional native rhythms. The ten tracks we finally chose for this album stand alone as a unique body of work, created by many of Afrobeat’s most accomplished artists.
