Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All UK Orders are despatched via the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service or using the DHL service depending on the weight of the package. Orders received before 2pm will be processed and dispatched same day. Any orders received after 2pm and at the weekend are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has left Fenchurch, the package becomes the responsibility of the delivery company. Please note all deliveries sent via Royal Mail can take between 1-3 working days to arrive. . A signature will be required upon delivery.
All orders dispatched via DHL are normally on a 48hr service, though delivery can be between 1-2 working days. A signature will once again be required. If no one is available to take delivery, DHL will leave a card through your door. Customer can then contact their local DHL depot and rearrange there delivery.
For all EU and Rest Of World orders are sent via DHL Service. This service can take between 2-5 working days for the order to be delivered, These times however vary depending where the package is being sent and each countries procedures on overseas goods. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note if you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left. Customers can then contact there local DHL depot to rearrange delivery.

Returns
Should you need to return an unwanted item, you can make use of our simple returns service. Simply return the unwanted item unused within 28 days of receipt.
Every delivery we send out includes a returns form, which is simple to complete. Just select the reason for return and whether exchange or refund is required. If exchange, please state product, colour and size.
If you need to return a faulty item, please use the same form.

You can return your goods via your local post office. Please ensure you always get a date stamped proof of posting from your post office (These are FREE, but you need to request it) and hold onto all receipts confirming your order has been sent back until you receive your exchange or credit back onto your card.
We recommend using a trackable service when returning items back to us. Fenchurch will not be held liable for missing returns. The parcel remains your property until it reaches our offices.
Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your exchange or refund. If you have not heard from us within that period, then please contact us on customercare@fenchurch.com .
