Please note we do not store your credit card details on our systems. Your Credit/Debit card will be charged immediately, by the secure payment company (Protx) at the time the order is placed.

Delivery Details

All UK Orders are despatched via the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service or DHL, depending on the weight of the package. This service can take anywhere between 1-3 days for your order to be delivered, depending on when you make your purchase.

All EU and Rest Of World orders are sent via DHL. This service can take anywhere between 2-5 working days for the order to be delivered depending on where the package is being delivered.

If you require your tracking reference number then please email your request though at internetsalesorders@fenchurch.com ,and remember to quote your Fenchurch order reference number (FWOxxxx)

 

Returns

Should you need to return an unwanted item, you can make use of our simple returns service. Simply return the unwanted item unused within 28 days of receipt.

Every delivery we send out includes a returns form, which is simple to complete. Just select the reason for return and whether exchange or refund is required. If exchange, please state product, colour and size.

If you need to return a faulty item, please use the same form.

You can return your goods via your local post office. Please ensure you always get a date stamped proof of posting from your post office (These are FREE, but you need to request it) and hold onto all receipts confirming your order has been sent back until you receive your exchange or credit back onto your card.

We recommend using a trackable service when returning items back to us. Fenchurch will not be held liable for missing returns. The parcel remains your property until it reaches our offices.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your exchange or refund. If you have not heard from us within that period, then please contact us on customercare@fenchurch.com .
